Central Indiana Writers’ Association
Its mission is to support and encourage writers and photographers in their efforts to develop and share their art. CIWA welcomes all writers, beginners and seasoned.
The Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana Authors Award
This program seeks to recognize the contributions of Indiana authors to the literary landscape in Indiana and across the nation.
Now in its 35th year of publication, Indiana Review is a nonprofit literary magazine dedicated to showcasing the talents of emerging and established writers.
Recognized internationally as a leading academic publisher specializing in the humanities and social sciences.
Indiana University Writers’ Conference
The IUWC is open to writers of all levels. They invite a faculty of prominent writers who are equally skilled and involved teachers. Participants join faculty-led writing workshops in fiction and poetry, and take classes in fiction, poetry and creative nonfiction.
Aims to nurture a diverse writing community, support established and emerging writers, improve written and verbal communication and to cultivate an audience for literature in Indiana.
A writing group meeting twice a month in South Bend to workshop new writing and discuss publishing news and trends. Welcomes writers of all stripes living in north-central Indiana and southwest Michigan.
The mission of MWW is to give all writers the opportunity to improve their craft, associate with highly credentialed professionals, and network with other writers.
The Writers Guild at Bloomington
An association of writers seeking “to foster interaction among writers as well as other artists, educators, and the Monroe County public, thereby enhancing the vibrancy of the arts and the writing community in the greater Bloomington area.”
