Me again. Finish up Chapter 3. Take another look at Chapters 1 and 2. There is a character I need to set up for having a stronger role later in the story. Will this be part of Chapter 3? Chapter 4? I’m not sure. And then, after finishing a detour with one of my characters, I need to get back to the main flow of the story. What then? I should also pay a visit to the Writers Roulette meetup and see if I want to read at one of their events. It would be a good idea to watch… Read more »
Sounds like a good plan. Especially the Writers Roulette: Do it, do it! Would you read from your WIP, or would you write something specifically for reading/performing aloud?
If I do read, I’ll try to modify a scene from my current project to meet their word count limit, which is 1200 words.
